From Static to Dynamic Skills: A Different Model for Agent Knowledge
The article argues that static agent skills are caches without invalidation, and proposes treating skill knowledge as a build artifact resolved at call time through scoped configuration, graph-based composition, token budgets, rendering contracts, and a golden-dataset eval harness.
